My ADHD, overstimulated, start then stop brain is SO at peace since Alysha tackled her first space in my home. My pantry/cabinets/drawers have had me embarrassed to have guests over! I was overwhelmed by where to start to minimize, purge and organize. Alysha was comforting, understanding, and reassuring every step of the way. No judgement!!! And Coming home to her first completed sessions of several to come was unexplainable! I can’t wait to set this girl loose on my other overwhelming/overstimulating spaces. I wanted my pantry to be clearly organized for my family. I was up to here with “ there’s nothing to eat” when there was actually plenty to eat. But no one wanted to take the time to actually look.
